Messages you send us. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your name, phone number or email address, and whatever you include in your message, such as order details or a photo of a receipt. Messages started from a button on this site include a short reference code showing which page you came from.
Comments. If you leave a comment, we collect the name and email address you enter, your comment, and your IP address and browser details to help filter spam.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure.

We don’t sell anything directly on this website. Purchases happen on Shopee, Lazada or at clinics, and those organisations handle your payment and delivery details under their own privacy policies.

Please don’t send us health details

We can’t give personal medical advice through this site or WhatsApp. Please don’t send us details of your medical conditions. If you do, we’ll use them only to reply to you and won’t keep them longer than needed.

How long we keep it
